based on impregnated papers. VTO-Dekor use various weights and color papers – all suitable with customer’s demands. Thanks to the impregnation process base paper already have optimal parameters of flexibility and tear resistance. Foil doesn’t need any additional processes and can be printed and lcquered in-line.

SEMI-IMPREGNATED FOIL

this product is dedicated first of all to all wall panels/skirting boards and back furniture panels. Thanks to the foil curing technology developed in VTO-Dekor Semi-Impregnates are perfect economical solutuion in all those places, where laminated surface not evident the foil edge. Production is beeing processed in-line.

MAAC (Mega Anti-Abrasion Cover) and ARF (Advanced Resistant Foil)

are products based on Pre-Impregnated papers. It was especially developed as high abrasion resistant cover. This effect could be achived thanks to the two specially prepared resisns used as a surface lacquer.

Product’s features and innovative machine park allows to achive several individual attributes. All of them rise the product’s value and signifanctly change relations between price and quality of the final product. Additional options:

TREND laminate

TREND

TREND is a laminate produced in the continous technology (CPL). It is created by the lamination of paper and polyester (PET) layers. External layer gives the high quality of glossy or mat surface. It is possible to apply additional PET or PE film which protects decorative surface during production or logistic processes.

VTO offers option of creation laminate from any design from the company’s catalogue. Thanks to the physical properties it is possible to laminate this product both on flat surfaces and profiles as well.

Laminate TREND succesfully meets the expectations of furniture, wall panels or door producers when high gloss surface is demanded. Because of the economy and comfort of working with this material it becomes a perfect alternative to the lacquered surfaces, MFC, 2D PVC and others. VTO prepares the products according to the customers needs and possibilites composing it with properly chosen paper grammage and PET thickness.

LAMINATE CPL (Continuous Pressed Laminate)

CPL is a product build from few layers of impregnated with fenolic and melamine resins papers. Pressed under high preassure and temperatures laminate gets high resistance and features similar to the MFC. CPL is available in rolls (thickness 0,15-0,5mm) or sheets (0,15-1mm) in widths 1260 and 1650mm. Our laminates could be prepared as available for wrapping profiles (softforming i.e. door’s frames) up to the angle >2mm.

Because of the shape of the surfaces and the requirements of customer’s technology VTO offers three grades of edge bandings flexibility:
– FURNITURE EDGE BANDINGS (straight edges)
– SOFT EDGE BANDINGS (rounded edges)
– ‘FELZKANTEN’ (very flexible)

VTO-Dekor offers edge bandings produced in two technologies:
STANDARD – printed on raw decorative paper, then impregnated for proper flexibility and lacquered for curing the surface.
